UBC 101
Done is my favourite word right now. Done First Year. Done all my finals. Done with school. Well, the last one is sort of true but I’m going to focus on the freedom of school for now.
Celebrating the summer, I’m announcing a new project for the summer. Inspired by both NBC TV show Community‘s episode titles, and lots of other blog posts teaching new first-years about UBC, I’m going to be starting a new blog series called UBC 101 (not the actual, free UBC 101 programs offered by UBC).
Each course will focus on a specific aspect about UBC that I’ve learned/observed. I hope this will help all students considering or already at UBC to get better marks, more sleep, and have a good time at university. Because we don’t pay $4000+ tuition to die before getting our degrees.
Courses include: Beginner Commuting, Introduction to Cheat Sheets, Irving All Nighters 109, Advanced Textbook Buying, The Art of Course Selection, and some other ones I can’t think of a name of yet.
Courses start in May 2010. Now enjoy your summer everyone!

PS: Please don’t advocate all-nighters XD
